Doing Ab Ripper again! But there’s some closure..
Today I finished just about everything i need to get done for the weekend! So I can get a -huge- workout tomorrow to catch up. Plyos and Arms during the day, I’ll let my friend jason join me for Yoga in the evening! TIME TO BEAST OUT

i follow a lot of people now, and some completely overshadow a lot of other people that I would like to follow equally as much. i enjoy almost all of these posts, but I want to see what other people are up to as well, without scrolling down through pages and pages of tumblr and using a lot more time that I should be. i want to unfollow a handleful to clear up my dash but i’m not sure.

Should have done plyo’s today. instead im just doing ab ripper. dat time block
Today I ate: A turkey sandwich with provologne and hummus. some fries! 2 bananas and one chicken tender. I ate a piece of bread and a the final quarter of the calzone I ate [basically 2 pieces of cheese pizza.]
I have done mechatronics work. literally. all. day. I’m going wild. I can’t even focus....

Day 14! Doing Chest and Back right now!
It’s been extremely hard staying health without being able to go to the grocery store. I wasn’t too healthy this past weekend either. *sigh* I just don’t want all my work to go for naught and that’s what it feels like is going to happen. Today I ate:

Rest
I ate, a quarter of a calzone I made myself, a chicken cutlet sub and some oatmeal. Very low calorie, but low quality day.

P90X Day 12 (yesterday)
aka the day my routine was wrecked! I did the Ab Ripper X
Alas, I knew this would happen at one point. I’m not going to wreck my last semester of college by not going out or doing crazy stuff I want to. But I was supposed to work out a lot more than I did yesterday! Oh well.
I ate, a tuna wrap with hots and lettuce, some arnold palmer, and for breakfast I had some oatmeal.

Did Yoga X today!
So hardcore! I love it!
Today I ate: 3 bananas, 2 oranges, 3 mozzarella sticks, a chicken wing, a spoonful of mac and cheese, sushi, rice and some peanuts.
I probably reached the caloric need of today, but I was just so hungry throughout it that I needed to have peanuts. oh well!

God damn. I knew I said I would skip the break. But today I am so incredibly sore and have only just got back from campus. i’ve been working from 7am-10pm and i’m probably just going to crash…

I did Kenpo X today.
Shit was WILD. I didn’t do legs because I did insanity yesterday but I DID do ab ripper x so it’s basically a gimme day.
I go too long without eating. this needs to be address, i need something to bring with me as a snack throughout the day. bluh.
also tomorrow should be my day off, butI started this stuff on an awful day, I can’t expect to do anything...

Did a bit of rearranging. I did yoga X today
and boy was it extreme. I didn;t have enough time to do all of it, but i did do an hours worth which is pretty good.
Today I ate, 2 bowls of cereal, an orange smoothie, a banana and the other half of the sloppy joe stuff.
I went to the bars and I had 2 shots of tequilla, a pint of harpoon ipa and 3 shots of jack daniels. I dunno what the net is...
P90X Day 2
Just finished Plyos
that was pretty hardcore. I didn’t go all out because I was a bit self consious of the racket I was making. and so, I’ll need to start this when my roommates are away.
Today I ate:
a grilled chicken wheat pita with lettuce cheese, onions and peppers.
a bowl of honey bunches of oats (before that)
2 small beef tacos
salad with chicken and blue cheese dressing...
