Today I ate, a bowl of honey bunches of oats, a banana, a diet vitamin water, a tuna sub with hots and onions, a cliff bar, and a tuna sandwich. Today was a tuna day. I’ll likely have some pita chips soon.

Loving it! Ab Ripper too! very easy now, I gotta start doing more reps, or messing with my form. I’ve been UPPING my protein levels substancially and hope to see some SERIOUS RESULTS. SERIOUSLY. I feel great, I haven’t had a rush like this in a while.

Just did Kenpo X
Just did Kenpo with Jason, so much fun with a partner! Seriously, we kicked butt together.
Today I ate, a bowl of cereal with milk, an apple, a protein bar, coffee with whipped cream and 2 dark chocolate [70% cocoa!] cookies to dip it in. Then I worked out and had a recovery drink and a tuna melt! Still hungry! Maybe I can get to 100g of protein today X)

i follow a lot of people now, and some completely overshadow a lot of other people that I would like to follow equally as much. i enjoy almost all of these posts, but I want to see what other people are up to as well, without scrolling down through pages and pages of tumblr and using a lot more time that I should be. i want to unfollow a handleful to clear up my dash but i’m not sure.

Today I ate: A turkey sandwich with provologne and hummus. some fries! 2 bananas and one chicken tender. I ate a piece of bread and a the final quarter of the calzone I ate [basically 2 pieces of cheese pizza.]
I have done mechatronics work. literally. all. day. I’m going wild. I can’t even focus....

Day 14! Doing Chest and Back right now!
It’s been extremely hard staying health without being able to go to the grocery store. I wasn’t too healthy this past weekend either. *sigh* I just don’t want all my work to go for naught and that’s what it feels like is going to happen. Today I ate:

I ate, a quarter of a calzone I made myself, a chicken cutlet sub and some oatmeal. Very low calorie, but low quality day.

Alas, I knew this would happen at one point. I’m not going to wreck my last semester of college by not going out or doing crazy stuff I want to. But I was supposed to work out a lot more than I did yesterday! Oh well.

Did Yoga X today!
So hardcore! I love it!
Today I ate: 3 bananas, 2 oranges, 3 mozzarella sticks, a chicken wing, a spoonful of mac and cheese, sushi, rice and some peanuts.
I probably reached the caloric need of today, but I was just so hungry throughout it that I needed to have peanuts. oh well!
