P90X Day 2
Just finished Plyos
that was pretty hardcore. I didn’t go all out because I was a bit self consious of the racket I was making. and so, I’ll need to start this when my roommates are away.
Today I ate:
- a grilled chicken wheat pita with lettuce cheese, onions and peppers.
- a bowl of honey bunches of oats (before that)
- 2 small beef tacos
- salad with chicken and blue cheese dressing (bad choice i know)
- PBJ!
- 2 glasses of milk
- oj
- and i’m going to get some yogurt now!
pretty amped. talked to the moms about this and she’s kinda excited for me too!
