P90X Day 6
I did Kenpo X today.
Shit was WILD. I didn’t do legs because I did insanity yesterday but I DID do ab ripper x so it’s basically a gimme day.
I go too long without eating. this needs to be address, i need something to bring with me as a snack throughout the day. bluh.
also tomorrow should be my day off, butI started this stuff on an awful day, I can’t expect to do anything on thursday, so I’ll leave yoga for then? shift everything ahead a day. problem solved.
last night i had 2 beers and some vodka. i know I shouldn’t be drinking when I’m trying ot workout now, but it’s very much a social thing, you know? If I don’t go out with my friends, then. well I guess nothing would happen but I’d rather stick with them.
anywho. dietary. i need to eat more.
today I ate: omelet with bacon, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. 3 bananas, an apple, some skim milk, a bowl of oatmeal and I’ll probably go grab myself some milk and cereal as a midnight snack? sounds good to me
