now it looks like i’m going to miss another day of P90X
day’s of limbo. this is supposed to be Day 9. could have made a joke. maybe i can still do ab ripper x? YEAH. Good idea me! Condering how I walked maybe 5 miles today it won’t be completely for a loss.
Today I ate: 2 pb and apple butter sandwiches
a large smoothie [i looked at the nutritional info after and it was loaded with sugar, never again]
a tuna wrap with hots [so good] and a banana with a vitamin water.
i didn’t know vitamin water usually has so much sugar. tried a random flavor with barely any. still tasted pretty good. but still unsure of how I’m going to manage tomorrow @_@
