P90X Day 10

i did shouders and back

Today I ate a, a bread end with peanut butter, an apple, 2 bacon egg and cheese (these are killing me i think), a banana a low calorie vitamin water (on 9g of sugar!) some sloppy joe meat and tons of water! not as good as last week but im not going to prevent myself from going out and enjoying myself! i’ll have a few drinks and figure out saturday (wizards2) 

i’ll catchup on p90x tomorrow with yoga EXTREME!!!
