- in and out bicep curls: 16 blue and black; same
- 2 arm tricep kickback: 15 blue and black; 16
- deep swimmers press: 15 blue and black; 15 blue black barely
- fill supinationconcernation super curls: 16 blue and black; same
- chair dips: 23; 20
- upright rows: 16 (could do more) blue and black; 15
- statick arm curls: 24 blue and black; 16
- flip grip twist kickbacks: 15 blue and black[too much]; BLACK
- name your soup: LOBSTER BISQUE!
- seated shoulder flys: 15 black; 15 black
- crouching cohen curls: 15 blue and black; 20 same
- lying down tricept extensions: 10 red and black; 15 blue and red
- straight arm shoulder flys: 16 black, 18 same
- congdon curls: 20 blue and black holy shit these feel good; ALL3 25
- side-tri-rise: 16 OH GOD WHY AGAIN, both side again
Today I ate a, a bread end with peanut butter, an apple, 2 bacon egg and cheese (these are killing me i think), a banana a low calorie vitamin water (on 9g of sugar!) some sloppy joe meat and tons of water! not as good as last week but im not going to prevent myself from going out and enjoying myself! i’ll have a few drinks and figure out saturday (wizards2)
i’ll catchup on p90x tomorrow with yoga EXTREME!!!
