P90X Day 14
Day 14! Doing Chest and Back right now!
It’s been extremely hard staying health without being able to go to the grocery store. I wasn’t too healthy this past weekend either. *sigh* I just don’t want all my work to go for naught and that’s what it feels like is going to happen. Today I ate:
- 30 push ups :: 25
- 20++ wide pull ups, blue and black:: 30
- 20 military pushups :: 15
- 30 reverse grip chinups, blue and black:: 30
- 25 wide pushups :: 20
- 30 close grip pull ups, blue and black:: 30
- 20 decline push ups :: 15
- 20 heavy pants, blue and black :: 15
- 15(barely) diamond pushups :: 10
- 20R 20L Lawnmowers :: 20R 20L
- 10 Divebombs :: 10
- 13 backflys :: 20
An Apple, 2 Bacon Egg and Cheeses, A Banana, An OJ, A 16oz black coffee, a tuna sandwich and a cliff bar!!! yay. Been drinking a lot of water. Will post my workout results soon
