P90X Day 15

Should have done plyo’s today. instead im just doing ab ripper. dat time block

Today I ate: A turkey sandwich with provologne and hummus. some fries! 2 bananas and one chicken tender. I ate a piece of bread and a the final quarter of the calzone I ate [basically 2 pieces of cheese pizza.]

I have done mechatronics work. literally. all. day. I’m going wild. I can’t even focus. I’ve had an hour break and I can’t even muster up doing anything else. I just can’t…how am I going to get through tomorrow.
