P90X Day 16
Doing Ab Ripper again! But there’s some closure..
Today I finished just about everything i need to get done for the weekend! So I can get a -huge- workout tomorrow to catch up. Plyos and Arms during the day, I’ll let my friend jason join me for Yoga in the evening! TIME TO BEAST OUT
Today I had 2 bacon egg and cheeses, a coffee, [no juice] 2 bananas, an apple, some sushi and a 3 perogi with some grilled potatoes. and ima go out to drink. im bad. I know. but so long as I log it I feel better :)
